Tribalee® is an online solution created by Random Lunch® that facilitates connections between colleagues within an organization (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how your information is processed, used and shared when you use the Service. In accordance with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, including the General Data Protection Regulations, Random Lunch® is responsible for all processing of your personal data as described in Section 2 of this policy. If your employer or another organization (your "Organization") has granted you access to the Service, then your Organization is only responsible for processing for the purpose of sending the initial email to your business email account. You alone administer your Tribalee® account (your "Account"). If you have any questions about using the Service, you may contact Random Lunch® by sending an email to contact@tribalee.com. In addition to this Privacy Policy, your Organization may have additional policies or codes of conduct that will apply in connection with your use of the Service. If you have any questions about them, please contact your Organization.
The site only uses cookies that are absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of the Service (session cookie).
Your first and last name and email address are the only information needed to access the Service.
When you use the Service, the history of events to which you have been invited or have participated in order to offer you new encounters.
You have the possibility to ask Tribalee to delete this data by emailing privacy@tribalee.com.
In addition, certain information such as your IP address, browser, operating system when you access the Service pages are logged in order to detect security or failure events.
Random Lunch® uses the information collected to :
- Organize breaks between colleagues within an Organization
- Improve the operation and security of the Service
- Identify and fix bugs that may be present
- Develop new tools, products or services
- Perform data and system analysis, including research to improve the Service
- Informing you of changes to the Privacy Policy, if any
These different uses of your information are based on the performance of the contract (see our Terms and Conditions of Use) between you and Random Lunch® for the use of the Service or on Random Lunch®'s legitimate interest.
You can access, correct or delete the information you have provided to use the Service by going to your Account. If you are not able to do so using the tools provided in the Service, you can send an email to contact@tribalee.comEn. If you are unable to do so using the tools provided in the Service, you can contact the Referral Authority (www.cnil.fr).
Unless you voluntarily decide to close your personal account, Random Lunch® only keeps user data for the duration of the contract with your Organization. The data is destroyed at the end of the contract.
Random Lunch® takes appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information, including protecting it from loss, accidental destruction, alteration and unauthorized access. Nevertheless, Random Lunch® shall not be liable in cases of force majeure, i.e. for any event preventing the performance of the service which is beyond our control, or which cannot reasonably be foreseen or whose effects could not be avoided by appropriate measures.
The usernames and passwords you use on Random Lunch® are strictly personal and confidential. In the event of loss, theft, misappropriation or unauthorized use of your username and password, you must notify Random Lunch® immediately. Access to the account will then be blocked and/or we will email you a new password to reconfigure access.
If you wish to stop using the Service, you may delete your Account by sending an email to contact@tribalee.com. Your data will then be deleted.
This privacy policy may be modified from time to time. The effective date will be indicated and the new privacy policy will be posted online. We advise you to consult it regularly. In the event of a major change, we will inform you by e-mail.
