These Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") govern your use of the Tribalee® Web sites and the Tribalee® Platform that we operate and that are linked to these Terms of Use (the "Service").
Tribalee® is an online solution that facilitates connections and interactions between colleagues within an organization (the "Users"). Tribalee® regularly offers Users the opportunity to connect with one or more colleagues during lunch, coffee breaks or breakfasts. Your organization ("Organization") has decided to use Tribalee® to facilitate the connection, meeting and interaction with your colleagues.
To access Tribalee®, you must be connected to the Internet. You can connect to Tribalee® by going to your organization's platform in the format your-company.tribalee.com. Your Organization must have subscribed to Tribalee® in order for you to connect to Tribalee®.
To register for Tribalee®, you must click on the registration link shared by your Organization to access the registration form and create your account. In order to create your account, you will need to provide a certain amount of information about yourself. First names, last names and business email addresses are mandatory. Then, you can optionally fill in other types of information (function, photo...). You may have been automatically added to Tribalee® by your Organization. In this case, your Organization will create your profile with your mandatory information. You are directly informed by your Organization when your account is created and Tribalee® is launched in your Organization.
Tribalee® regularly offers to put you in touch with one or more colleagues in your organization. Your organization decides to launch Tribalee® campaigns at a defined frequency. Each campaign consists of an email suggesting that you meet one or more colleagues at random and, if you accept, another email a few days later putting you in contact with one or more colleagues. Connections are created based on a matching algorithm developed by Random Lunch® for Tribalee®. It takes into account the history of events to maximize the number of new encounters. Your organization has no influence on the connections made. It cannot create specific links between predetermined people. 5.1. You may refer to the Tribalee® Privacy Policy for details on how your information and data submitted to us or created in connection with your use of the Service is managed.
5.2. We take appropriate technical and organizational security measures against unauthorized or illegal access, use or processing of your information.
6.1. Your Organization may terminate Your Account for any reason at any time.
6.2. If your Tribalee® account is terminated, your right to access and use the Service ends immediately.
7.1. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms of Use to reflect new laws or regulations.
7.2. Your continued use of the Service after you have been notified of changes to our terms and policies will signify your acceptance of our amended terms and policies.
