So I am Maeva Mellin, Head of Communications at AssurOne.
AssurOne is a digital
insurance broker, so we distribute insurance 100% online.
A little bit early, it's been a few weeks since all the teams had been working on the teleworking of our teams, it went rather well, there is a continuity of service that was 100% assured, so it's great news on that side.
So the staff, like everyone else, were a bit stunned by this announcement. Despite everything, they showed unfailing solidarity and commitment from start to finish, which was super positive, and a social bond that we managed to reactivate fairly quickly, which also helped to maintain the morale of the troops.
The idea was to bring about meetings between people who do not necessarily talk to each other every day, between people at a distance, and also to have moments of informal exchanges, particularly with our CEO Eric Dodin.
So we opted for the Breakfast With The Boss®, every Friday morning, the employees drawn at random could exchange, in video, with the CEO, over coffee.
They were immediately eager to sign up,
very happy to be offered this exchange outside of a meeting, and really 30 minutes to talk about the job, but not only about what we feel, how we lived the confinement and the situation.
It allowed us to bring together employees
who don't work together, who come from different departments, and who wouldn't necessarily have had the opportunity to have face-to-face meetings during the confinement, and also to have them exchange with Eric Dodin, the CEO, on more informal subjects, a bit of personal life, pro life mixed up, which doesn't happen every day.
