A little more about

Neolia

At the service of our tenant and future owner clients, in conjunction with our private and public partners, nearly 500 employees and more than 150 professions work on a daily basis within Néolia, spread over 29 locations.

Can you

introduce you?

My name is Thierry Dronnier, I am the Director of Information Systems and Logistics at NEOLIA.

My name is Anne Chauveau and I am the Communications and Marketing Director at NEOLIA.

What does

your business?

NEOLIA is a social landlord of the Action Logement group. NEOLIA has 500 employees and manages around 28,000 homes in Burgundy-Franche-Comté and Alsace. We also build new social housing, develop housing estates and build individual houses.

Why did you put

in Tribalee place?

Because it was high time for our managers to get together, there had been an 18-month vacuum, as there had been in France and throughout the world, and we had to find something.

So we had to use digital technology, but without falling into the Visio systems that we had suffered too much over the last few months, with more or less for some, rather less than more.

And then the playful and interactive side of Tribalee, it was rather the right idea to give rhythm to what we called the executive connection.

What ritual

did you organize?

We organised this half-day digital seminar, which was by videoconference and which consisted of both presentations which are rather classic in these framework connections which are organised twice a year, and then the follow-up of our company's objectives.

Of course, in order to make it all very fun, we undertook this event with game sessions, so as to make the digital event easier to experience for the participants.

How did they react

your colleagues?

The employees were very satisfied, Tribalee sent out a small satisfaction survey at the end of the seminar, and it was noted that the games had really provided a real support for exchange between the various participants in the seminar.

Of course, it was also a satisfaction to be together again, which had not happened for many months.

What changes

brought Tribalee?

This interactive, lively and funny aspect, which punctuated the more institutional sequences of corporate information broadcasting, was important.

And the rhythm, the dynamics and the mix of the teams really played a major role in the success and the interest, the value of Tribalee, it was really that.

Do you have any anecdotes

to share?

So our DG did not take part in these teams, he did not take part in the games, of his choice, but he still played the game of anecdotes, he could not help it, I think he loves it in fact.

And at the end of the plenary session he told us three anecdotes, and we had to guess which one was true and which one was false.

And as he is rather facetious and playful, all three were true.

A bit crazy, a bit mad, but all true!
And he was happy to challenge us on these anecdotes.

One last one

Word?

One last piece of advice, it's true that the preparation of this type of event is essential so that all the employees can fully benefit from the activities during the seminar.

Our IT department organised training sessions for the hundred or so employees concerned on the different tools used during the seminar, and this was done over a relatively short period of time, i.e. one week.

It should be noted that despite the good level of culture and use of Visio tools at NEOLIA, these training sessions played a major role in the success of the event.

Ah yes, something like: see you soon!

No, more seriously, I'd say that Tribalee was an essential ingredient in this focused reconnection, and that's really nice!

So I'd say nice!
